Bought a used Honda at this dealer. Financer and salesman used several different sales tricks on me, which I didn’t realize until AFTER I had signed the contract. This was my first car purchase and I felt li used several different sales tricks on me, which I didn’t realize until AFTER I had signed the contract. This was my first car purchase and I felt like I was completely taken advantage of. After realizing their deceiving sales practices, I vowed never to return to this dealer again. Post-purchase experience was equally horrible. It took TWO months to receive my registration and when I had to visit the dealer to pick-up some paperwork, the receptionist was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. Sales team and employees need to be re-evaluated for ethics and common courtesy. More

At the time I bought the car  the sales agent and the manager said the vehicle was in perfect condition, never had any accident. They bring doughnuts for you, they make jokes to entertain you but at the end you end up buying a headache. I  believed on their word and didn't check the Carfax Report before buying the car. Yesterday I went to Sears to get my front wheels aligned and I was informed that my chassis was bent and the car probably was in an accident before I bought it. After researching, I discovered the car was previously crashed. I've been to Kendall Toyota yesterday (09-02-09) asking for another car or having mine fixed and they denied me help after leaving me waiting for two hours. Avoid this dealer, I don't wish you the bad luck I had dealing with those people and always ask for a Carfax Report before buying a car even if the dealer carries a brand name like TOYOTA. More
