Went there to buy a used car cash. Everyone want to help. I bought it, and it has been a big mistake. The day after I bought they called me because they couldnt find the money. But I had the receipt. Three m I bought it, and it has been a big mistake. The day after I bought they called me because they couldnt find the money. But I had the receipt. Three months went by and I never got the registration. I went to dealer to find out that they had wrong address. Now going to six months and I still dont have registration or tittle yet. I def would not buy another car from this dealership ever again, and I tell my friends not to buy there either. More
This was the best car buying experience I have ever received! Angel, Abel & Jorge were amazing. They hustled to get me a car that wasnt even at that dealership. In fact, there was only 1 Scion TC the way I wanted it within 3 dealerships. They promised me that I would get what I intended to buy and did not stop until they got me the car and the deal I wanted. From out of state and was just looking for a simple oil change and in the end did not go here to provide them service. We went another 20 minutes south at South Dade Toyota to get our service done. First encounter with South Dade, I called and asked what time the service department was open and looked online. Online and the receptionist told me 6PM. Great, we drove there pulled up to service and talked to a service advisor. Not friendly, rude telling us they are only open for pick ups until 6, they stop taking any service customers at 3. After driving out of our way and already being told they are open, it was quite frustrating. Pretty sure they should clarify that with there customers clearly on their website and inform their employees of the correct hours. We wait till Monday and try again in the morning, knowings its a Holiday, MLK day we knew it would be busy so we called ahead to ask the wait time. We were greeted on the phone by another rude employee. I simply asked how long would the wait be for a oil change, her response, "Well with all these people here quite a long time", with an attitude. First off that doesn't answer my question, I don't know how many people "all these people" is, I am not there! As a previous Toyota employee in another state this was horrible customer service and would not recommend this dealership to anybody. More

I never received the warranty I bought and they are NOT able to help you, you have to drive there for them to keep selling you BAD deals to pick up documents. Worst experience!! I've had to change the tires less than a year old, breaks and more!! The car was supposed to be relatively new, but they lied!! and Did not give a good service!! More
