Felt comfortable about purchase Was very wary going in, you hear about sharks and rip offs all the time. Then I met Angel and true to his name he explained in detail-no matter how many times I asked the same thing- the prices and process used. No attitude , no condescension. Angel Lorenzo is an asset to Kendall Toyota. He helped us finance a deal we were happy with. My daughter loves the car. Raul Pinales, he and I are of Dominican descent and we talked a lot about it-was very patient and went out of his way to get the perfect vehicle for us. Mr. Degennaro was a pleasant part of the group and tried to get me oriented as to what I was looking for. Lastly but not least important I wanted to make sure to mention Harry Forgett who called me into the dealership . He was instrumental in my purchase at Kendall Toyota. If not for him I would have gone somewhere else and would probably still be looking for a car! More
