Kendall Subaru was great. I bought a brand new Crosstrek and didn't require any financing so my experience was brief in terms of negotiations and the usual. My only negative comment would be to make sure that the sales manager and team are aware of any rebates. I was eligible and had already had a cashier's check cut for what the Sales Manager quoted the day before and when I picked up the car and received the docusign to confirm the sale, it was $1000 less than I had paid. I noticed the error immediately and I had to wait a month to receive the refund for over payment. The sales person (Guy) was patient and kind with my questions and was great though. I believe the error was more the sales manager not knowing about rebates and not the sales person's error at all. I am loving my new Crosstrek Sport 2024 though and the follow up with Kendal is amazing! More
