Excellent Purchase I purchased a 2105 Subaru Forester 2.5iT. Loved the car, the buying experience and the after care in the parts department. What I enjoyed most abou I purchased a 2105 Subaru Forester 2.5iT. Loved the car, the buying experience and the after care in the parts department. What I enjoyed most about the car buying experience was that I did not feel pressured to buy. I was able to test drive numerous Subarus WITHOUT the sales man coming for the test drive, pressure to BUY, BUY, BUY or any negative interactions. I enjoyed being able to take my time driving where I wanted to go without a salesman telling me how every button worked, the car performed, etc.. When I settled on a trim level for the Subaru Forester, Jon Taschner smartly showed me choices he had on hand with more and less features. I ended up changing my mind and going with a higher trim level based on having the car on hand, PRICE and Jon's low pressure sales tactic. As far as whether I got a great deal; The answer is YES. I paid less than USAA recommended price, less than Consumer Reports average price, less than numerous internet searches for the features I wanted and well, everything I could find. More importantly it was what I wanted to spend. The bottom line is I felt great about the purchase, the price I paid and have ZERO REGRETS. That, to me, defends a great purchasing experience. If you are in the market for a Subaru, check out Jon Taschner at Roy Robinson Subaru. You won't regret the decision and I have never met anyone that didn't enjoy their purchase from this dealership. The first time I bought Subaru Forester there was in 1999 and I received great service from the friendly staff. Almost 16 years later and at the new location I had the same great service. After I expressed my interest in buying the new Forester at Roy Robinson I was contacted by Kelly Adams. Throughout our negotiations and purchasing Kelly has been outstanding, friendly, helpful, and very patient. He was always cordial and friendly, gave me any inf Our salesman, Chuck Bagi, really stood out when I was emailing all the Subaru dealers in the area. He was always cordial and friendly, gave me any information I asked for, and never dodged any questions through the entire emailing process. In fact, Chuck took the time to elaborate in his email responses in addition to answering every question! I felt like I was being treated like a respected friend, not to mention I got the best internet quote in the entire puget sound area after just a few emails. It was wonderful! I was afraid that Chuck might be one of those people that can write great emails, but strange or awkward in person--totally not the case. He carried the above and beyond internet experience in person and was everything you'd expect a good host to be. After we agreed on the price of the car and the trade in, it only took us another hour to finish the buying process. Quick! And the coffee was good too. All in all, this was the best car buying experience we've ever had! Thanks Chuck! :) More
2015 Subaru Outback I was trading in 2 cars, on a new 2015 Subaru Outback. I was looking for a specific 6 Cylinder 2015 Limited, fully loaded. Nobody had one in sto I was trading in 2 cars, on a new 2015 Subaru Outback. I was looking for a specific 6 Cylinder 2015 Limited, fully loaded. Nobody had one in stock, but on a whim, I called Jeramy Turner(I picked him randomly from the web page). He checked the stock, and found the same thing. This would Mean I would have to special order an outback, and I wouldn't get it until Feb - March time frame. He asked me to hold on, because he happened to be in the sales managers office, when a "Dealer Trade" was done. The car traded to Roy's sounded like what I was looking for. He talked to the manager, and sure enough, he found the build sheet, and it was my car. I put 500 down on it. It came in to Roy's on time, and he delivered it. Even though he through his back out he came in to deliver my car. That is going above and beyond. The only issue I had, Is on my trade in's, I felt they were low on the value of my trade ins. otherwise it was a great experience. More
