Each time was different sales rep and this time it was Cory at Subaru. He was absolutely the best! No pressure, no upsells, and since I was purchasing the new model, Ascent, on the first day out, he did his best to answer all my questions. And if he didn't have the answer, he was honest and tried to find out for me - no "I know it all" attitude. Just honest. Bev in finance was great as well. Again, no pressure, no upsells, just information and left it up to me to decide. This kind of service and attitude has to come from the top down, so kudos to Rob the Subaru manager and also to the owner of the dealership. I still can't believe that buying a car from either Roy Robinson dealership was this painless. This is why I'll probably never own anything but a chevy or subaru. Buying a new crosstrek I felt they were straight forward and were willing to deal whereas other dealers were not. We worked with Susan and she was great.
