I went in for a CV joint replacement. Other items listed on my "recommended immediate attention" were mostly inspections/ replacements due at my future 60,000 mile check. Though that wasn't indicated on any comments under "needs immediate attention". It was very misleading and stressful when I received the text asking if I wanted all those items taken care of that seemed urgent. I would rather have had a phone call with someone explaining why those items were listed. More
The intake person was great, terrible with names, think it was Jody? He was very patient and explained to me every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured. Excellent customer service, as always. However, frustrating inability to actually schedule an oil change. Please be considerate of customers available time. May just use Jiffy Lube next time. More
When I went to the dealership to get my rear camera fixed, the dealership did not have the part. I drove 2.25 hours to get there form my home. Great customer service and friendly employees. They quoted 1.5 hr wait, but got the oil change, 25 pt inspection and (unplanned) filter changes in an expediant process time of just about an hour.
