We atarted our deal through the online negotitaions which we have done once before. Our last car deal went well. We feel that the trade in value on our car was low. We traded in a 2003 Beetle with only 61,00 we have done once before. Our last car deal went well. We feel that the trade in value on our car was low. We traded in a 2003 Beetle with only 61,000 miles on it. They gave us $5500 and it is now on the lot for sale for $10999. As the sales manager was extremely nice the finance dept was another story. I felt as if she could have cared less to make eye contact and when we have signed paperwork in the past it has taken twice as long. My husband was unable to be there as we live out of town so they were nice enough to drive the paperwork to us. Unfortunately the day and time they said they would be there came and went. I had to call the dealership to find out what happened. They apologized and set a time for the next day while my husband was at work. Again they were two hours late and my husband had to leave a meeting to finish the paperwork. Since the deal has been done we were actually able to find a cheaper interest rate through a different lending institution at 4% cheaper. We love our car but this is a huge reason why I cannot stand dealerships. Kendall is such a huge dealership I guess I just expected a little better service. More
The best thing about the experience was the lack of pressure to buy. The salesperson listened to what I wanted and made sure I was given the opportunity to test drive the models I was interested in. I purchased a pre-owned 2007 Mazda CX-7 from Kendall Subaru. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I didn't expect to get the value out of my trade in from a dealership but they offered a Subaru. The staff was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The best part is I didn't feel pressured or experience any of the back and forth negotiating games that many car dealers use to wear you out. More

John Bergland, in particular, was extremely helpful. He spent lots of time with me without the pressure to buy. He provided answers to all my questions, he helped me compare all the vehicles I was interes spent lots of time with me without the pressure to buy. Sean helped me secure an excellent purchase price through the internet sales. Stacy and Austin helped me with a much better finance rate than I was able to get through my bank. My only disappointments were my trade in value and my color choice. While significant, they were not enough to outweigh the other positives. I have referred others to John Bergland. I have not had the opportunity to assess the service department but I hope they live up to the standards that the sales and finance department have demonstrated. Thank you. More

I brought my vehicle in for the infamous "ENGINE I brought my vehicle in for the infamous "ENGINE CHECK" light being on. The previous owner had the same thing happen but when he had a mechanic chec I brought my vehicle in for the infamous "ENGINE CHECK" light being on. The previous owner had the same thing happen but when he had a mechanic check it, he could not find the problem. Shortly after I purchased it, the light came on again and I was in no mood to run back and forth to a mechanic to have the repeated diagnosis at $60-70 a visit. I suppose in my little head, if the car ran well and it was running well, I would just live with it as long as I dared. After you buy a new or used vehicle, you don't have alot of cash to keep playing with the dashboard lights, you see. I was actually more pissed off that anything else. To make a long story short, the dealer at my 90,000 mile check found I had a factory recall on the computer. Lo and behold, the computer when corrected showed it was the catalytic convertor. I was not only able to get a replacement catalytic convertor as a part of the service that was involved with the recall but my little engine check light is now a thing of the past. I truly appreciated their professionalism. I still hate the engine check light. I think if it didn't cost so much to have it switched off, I wouldn't curse it so. More
