Not thorough enough, unresponsive to contacts I took my 2015 Forester to them to check out a passenger side airbag malfunction ( a warning light). After clearing a code, they drove it a mile (according to my odometer) and told me the code did not return. I drove the car home (2.5 hours away), and the next morning the warning light came on again. I called to discuss it with them and was told I would get a call back. I also responded to their email. Nothing but silence. More
