They'll screw something up (xxxx website deleted original... Condensed version below) I have a 2015 WRX. Three services ago, they let me roll out of there with a dead batte (xxxx website deleted original... Condensed version below) I have a 2015 WRX. Three services ago, they let me roll out of there with a dead battery, which we had to jump at the dealership, and blamed me for the issue. That's all they did. Didn't try to get me a new battery or anything. Only said it was my fault. The car barely started the next day. The thing is I didn't know if it was the battery or the alternator. I did some self diagnostics and discovered that the alternator is working properly, so it must be the battery. The car wanted to die every time I came to a stop. The battery wasn't holding a charge. I somehow managed to limp my 2015 WRX (still under warranty) to a battery store. They told me the battery was holding a fraction of a charge. I got a 600 CCA (cold cranking amps) battery, which is far above what is needed for the car and my sound system (1100 watts). Now, the service that happened yesterday, there's more xxxx ups. They installed the wrong tires on my car. The WRX's come stock with summer tires to extract the full potential of the vehicle's performance on a fun road. They put all-season tires on, not what I ordered. I ordered Pilot SuperSport summer tires and they put Sport all-season tires on my car. They've managed to transform my car from a fun go-kart into a boring land yacht with firm suspension. Since I didn't know these unsafe and inferior tires were installed on my car, I wasn't aware that my stopping distance had been dramatically decreased. I almost slid into someone who pulled out in front of me while traveling 40 mph. These all-season tires don't grip and you just slide. They are unsafe tires. I'm stuck with these till the correct set comes in and I can make it down there. I don't live in the area, so a xxxx up costs me a lot of time and gas. Also, Subaru of America don't give a xxxx about customers. I wouldn't be amazed if a Trump operates this business. More
