Excellent service I brought the car in because my new jeans bled into the leather. The shuttle driver was there waiting to take me to work. She called me as she said she would and 7 minutes later she was picking me up. She was very kind, pleasant and efficient. When I picked up my car, it was very easy. I don't recall her name...began with a K but she couldn't have been any nicer. More

Claiming that Kendall does not give trade in credit on acceasories even though Kelly book allows . Shawn could not be bothered to get up from his desk to even look at the trade. The funny thing is they have 2 cars one model lower on their lots with double the miles as this trade and are asking almost 5000.00 more !! I would use caution in dealing with Kendall Subaru. More

Felt like my concern was blown off I made an appt for my 1st oil change, and to have an issue with my front side windows fixed. Service was fast. Service adviser friendly. But the very I made an appt for my 1st oil change, and to have an issue with my front side windows fixed. Service was fast. Service adviser friendly. But the very real noise from the side windows, and weather stripping that does not clear the glass at all when windows are put down then up, was dismissed. The tech took it for a drive and no vibration was detected. I have no desire to deal with car problems, and so I'd not bring it to their attention if I didn't feel it's a manufacturing defect or oversight. The wind noise is ridiculous at highway speeds. Both myself, and passengers, are always checking to see if windows are all the way up, because they sure don't sound like it. And it vibrates when partially open. Not okay. I was told there's nothing to be done. So I just have to live with this? I've done some research. There have been TSBs about his. Come on, Kendall. Help me problem solve this! More
