Poor Communication We had battery problems with our Outback we felt as though the service tech did not believe us when we described the problem. When we finally picked our Outback up after the battery had been replaced the service tech a man don't know the name was arrogant, short and very unfriendly. No thank you was offered when we picked our car up. This is very different from the service Tech's at the Chevy store, I have my Silverado serviced here and they are very upbeat friendly concerned and have a can do attitude. None of this is true of the Subaru dealership, I am amazed as it is owned by the same company. I think the service Tech's either need more training or they should work at the Goodpasture store for a month to get a feel as to how to treat people. The Tech's at the Chevy store are #1 in my book and I wonder if I can get my Subaru serviced at the Chevy Store!!!! I am not too interested in returning to the Subaru store!!! Thank you More

Kara is great at the interface between the customer and the service crew, effectively communicating and ensuring the entire service proceeds smoothly. The service was done quickly and additionally the team replaced the straps holding the battery which were missing at no charge. The battery had been purchased and installed elsewhere. The overall experience was great. One recommendation: open a dealership or service center in Roseburg, save us the commute! More

Friendly, Competent Kara was excellent at check in. She helped facilitate me being done by a certain time in order to get to a Dr. appoint. She is friendly, competent and is excellent with the public I cant say who put my new tires on or my new windshield wipers, but the car was brought to me completed in time and drove wonderfully with the new tires. Lots less road noise with treaded tires. It was pouring rain that day and the new wipers were welcomed. More
