Air Bag Replacement All went as planned. I was told the vehicle, dropped off at 10:00AM, would be ready by 3:00PM. Returned at 2:20PM to see that the vehicle was ready an All went as planned. I was told the vehicle, dropped off at 10:00AM, would be ready by 3:00PM. Returned at 2:20PM to see that the vehicle was ready and waiting. Here's the reason for the 4 instead of 5 star rating. Even though the vehicle was ready, I had to wait until 3:00PM to drive it away. Brandon, the service pro (and all around great guy) to whom I spoke, said that it needed to stay for some vague timing reason. Other than that, very professional, courteous, clean establishment with very helpful staff. More

Oil Consumption My vehicle is a 2014 Forester; I bought it in mid 2013, at that time there was an issue with the piston rings allowing oil thru. I have been very dil My vehicle is a 2014 Forester; I bought it in mid 2013, at that time there was an issue with the piston rings allowing oil thru. I have been very diligent about my oil changes and monitoring for any issues. Well about 8 weeks ago the light came on and Kara replaced a couple of parts to correct the issue and I went on my merry way. Well the light came on again while I was out town and I checked the oil, down a quart. I added a quart and waited a 2 weeks to get the oil changed. Again the car was down another quart of oil. They kept the car gave me a loaner and replaced the engine under warranty. My mileage at the time of the new engine, 90,000. I paid to replace spark plugs at the same time. It was assume. I think the vehicle runs better now..Thanks Kara and Steve... More
