Great service every time! I brought my car in for express service, just a routine oil change on my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I picked up the car, I was told there was a leak in I brought my car in for express service, just a routine oil change on my 2017 Subaru Outback. When I picked up the car, I was told there was a leak in the transmission, very unusual for such a new car. The service manager, Brandon, handled the situation really well arranging when I could bring the car in, the warranty coverage, even assuring me that no matter when this happened the dealer would make it right. There was a glitch in the scheduling of the repair so I was provided a loaner overnight. Brandon was waiting for me withe keys in hand when I arrived the next morning to pick up my repaired car. Just a great approach to customer service all around! More
