Not the best experience Checking in was wonderful, everyone was friendly and attentive. They had me sign all of the standard paperwork for getting my car serviced, including Checking in was wonderful, everyone was friendly and attentive. They had me sign all of the standard paperwork for getting my car serviced, including an expected bill amount. I was also told I would recieve a phone call if there were any issues and if anything else needed to be done. The car took exactly the time quoted it would. When I arrived, the bill was well over $100 more than what i was quoted. I was confused and instead of explaining it to me, Josh called someone else in the service department to confirm the amounts saying I received a discount on something but never actually explained it to me. I tried to ask questions about the bill but did not get the explainations I was looking for in order to understand it. I flat out said I didn't understand but he didn't seem to care. I felt very rushed and pressured to pay while I was still trying to understand my bill. Once they got my money I was pushed to the side and the staff was focused on the next set of people walking into the center and they were not busy. I stood there looking over my bill trying to make eye contact with someone and no one would look at me, they just kept walking past me and at the floor to avoid me. I tried asking Josh again and was brushed off and told my car was waiting for me in the front. So I left very displeased with how unfriendly they were after the transaction was complete. More

Quick friendly service Arrived 30 minutes ahead of scheduled service appointment and was immediately attended to my an extremely friendly and professional staff. It’s worth a 5-hour round trip because of the personal service I always receive. More

Furthermore, they found a nail in a tire, repaired it at no charge, and also advised me that I needed new tires soon. Melissa is the best service advisor on earth!! More
