I had had such a good experience with the purchase that it was worth driving to Eugene for service. While there, no fewer than three friendly employees asked if I needed anything. Very customer-service oriented. At my last dealership, I always had to leave my car for half a day when it needed maintenance so I was surprised when told by Dylan that it would only take 30-45 minutes. Super efficient! Two thumbs up for this dealer! More

Transmission Leak I always bring my Forester to Subaru. This last oil change I didn’t have time to, but the other dealership found a transmission leak. Josh was able to I always bring my Forester to Subaru. This last oil change I didn’t have time to, but the other dealership found a transmission leak. Josh was able to get me in on a Friday, found the leak within an hour and it was covered under warranty so I was able to get a rental. Everything went great, my car was ready to pick up the following Tuesday. The only downside I found is when Subaru emailed me with an “important reminder on your recent visit” it says they did a battery test and my battery tested bad, and that I chose to “postpone” the repair at this time. I was never told I needed a new battery while I was there. Other than that my service was great, I absolutely love this dealership and the way I’ve been treated here. I’ll always come back. Josh in the parts department was phenomenal with helping me get my windshield wipers, he even took the time to put them on even though they were close to closing time. More

I like the notion of the recent express service with no appointment needed, but calling it express is an inconsistent truth. I waited over an hour for an oil change. Nevertheless, nothing can replace the service of authorized Subaru techs who put in Subaru parts for the same price as a oil change chain. My car is still strong after 16 years. More

Problem fixed UPDATE: I was contacted by Kara the Service Manager at Kendall Subaru. Kara has gone above and beyond my expectations trying to remedy the situation. UPDATE: I was contacted by Kara the Service Manager at Kendall Subaru. Kara has gone above and beyond my expectations trying to remedy the situation. I am very pleased at how Kendall Subaru has stepped up and given me an apology as well as worked with me to fix the issue with my car. My vehicle is currently at the dealership having the repairs done, I fully recommend Kendall Subaru Service. I made an appointment for my 2015 Forester that was scheduled for today at 3:30 pm. I arrived early at 3:00pm as I live 1 1/2 hours away. I was informed that the technicians were scheduled to leave soon and that I would have to leave my car for at least 1 day possibly 2 but they could give me a rental for $30 a day. The adviser then decided to play technician, as he was trying to diagnose my issue using an online tool, not even offering to let the technicians place my vehicle back on a machine for diagnosis at my scheduled time. I was told to make an appointment for a different day that was hotter outside to help with the diagnosis. I was furious to say the least and left. I will take my business to someone else. More
