Feel I got cheated. Went in for ac recharge. A/C did not work but the fan did. I had been quoted ~120 at kendall Toyota. Nervous it could get ugly when Subaru est. 180. Went in for ac recharge. A/C did not work but the fan did. I had been quoted ~120 at kendall Toyota. Nervous it could get ugly when Subaru est. 180. I was in the field at work. Phone message said a "a slow hose leak". No price. But how much could a hose cost, I rationalize. He was not available so left a message to go ahead. Charged me $195 for the hose and 300 for labor. Yes over $500 for a slow leak. Will not go back. More
Good work but they usually want to do more than required ($$ The shop does good work on my oil changes in a timely manner and the occasional coupons are a nice bonus. My only issue is that they usually want to perform more work than the factory recommends and at shorter intervals. That's why I had the factory-recommended 30K mile service done elsewhere. More

Pleasant We don’t have the convenience of a local Subaru dealer, so when it’s time for service we travel an hour and a half to Kendall. Not Happy With my Car in General. The last two visits I have had to return as things were not done correctly. First time I paid for a rear wiper blade and it was never put on. Second The last two visits I have had to return as things were not done correctly. First time I paid for a rear wiper blade and it was never put on. Second time, and this is why I’m not happy as it is something that is never fixed, I came in for a leak on the passenger floorboard. Happens quite frequently and there is no known fix. They dry out the rug and blow out the hose. After two weeks it happened again. I stopped in (didn’t use my air conditioner for three weeks as I couldn’t get to the dealership) waited two hours because I didn’t have an appointment, well, someone had knocked off a cap at the last appointment so this was a second waisted visit for me. Usually I’m easygoing but since this is a constant reoccurrence for my Subaru, I’m having a hard time letting it go. But, as for employees, they are always very nice and do their best to help you. More
