Disappointed Took our subaru forester in for a recall notice on the passenger airbag. We arrived and hour early for our scheduled appointment. The customer service person said it would take about 4 hours (till about 3:30 to 4:00) before our forester would be ready. We left and had lunch, returned to the dealer around 2:30 and at 4:00 we asked the customer service person when our vehicle would be ready. He checked and said they hadn't even get started on it and it would not be done that day. Their excuse was they were just too busy that day to get to it even though we had scheduled an appointment. We were flabbergasted at this news especially since we live and hour and half drive from the dealer. They did give us a loaner car to drive back home and our forester was ready in the morning the next day. The dealer needs to either make sure the customer service person was following guidelines for dealing with customers and if he was, then the dealer's guidelines are lacking. Not once did the customer service person approach us, during our wait, to give us an update or let us know the service on our vehicle would not be completed that day. There seems to be no communication between customer service and the service technicians regarding progress on repairs. More

They were able to fix it in the same visit as no cost to me under warranty. Ride service for wife worked very well. They only replace what is needed, not filters which still have life on them. It costs less for the oil change than having someone else do it, and they handle any recall type issues, so things stay up to date. More

The people were very helpful and informative in every way, from Sales, to Finance and took time to answer all my questions. There was a misunderstanding on one issue, and when I went back and questioned the Sales Manager, he addressed the problem with Sales and Finance. He stated since it was the Dealership’s error, the Dealership would honor what was an error on their part. Everyone was friendly and greeted people with smiles. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating was because my glove box was not reinstalled properly after the air filter was replaced. I did have to return to have it adjusted. When I called with my concern, the phone call was pleasant and welcoming to help fix the issue. Upon returning, the glove box was properly reinstalled within 2-3 minutes. I appreciated the quick fix! More
