Great Dealership and Great Service Department I purchased a 2019 Subaru Touring at Kendall Subaru and was very pleased with the dealership. The people were very helpful and informative in every way, from Sales, to Finance and took time to answer all my questions. There was a misunderstanding on one issue, and when I went back and questioned the Sales Manager, he addressed the problem with Sales and Finance. He stated since it was the Dealership’s error, the Dealership would honor what was an error on their part. Most dealers would have said “SORRY” But not Kendall Subaru, they admitted their error and honor their mistake. Thanks Kendall Subaru More

Everyone was friendly and greeted people with smiles. The only reason I didn’t give a 5-star rating was because my glove box was not reinstalled properly after the air filter was replaced. I did have to return to have it adjusted. When I called with my concern, the phone call was pleasant and welcoming to help fix the issue. Upon returning, the glove box was properly reinstalled within 2-3 minutes. I appreciated the quick fix! More

Very customer-service oriented. At my last dealership, I always had to leave my car for half a day when it needed maintenance so I was surprised when told by Dylan that it would only take 30-45 minutes. Super efficient! Two thumbs up for this dealer! More

Transmission Leak I always bring my Forester to Subaru. This last oil change I didn’t have time to, but the other dealership found a transmission leak. Josh was able to I always bring my Forester to Subaru. This last oil change I didn’t have time to, but the other dealership found a transmission leak. Josh was able to get me in on a Friday, found the leak within an hour and it was covered under warranty so I was able to get a rental. Everything went great, my car was ready to pick up the following Tuesday. The only downside I found is when Subaru emailed me with an “important reminder on your recent visit” it says they did a battery test and my battery tested bad, and that I chose to “postpone” the repair at this time. I was never told I needed a new battery while I was there. Other than that my service was great, I absolutely love this dealership and the way I’ve been treated here. I’ll always come back. Josh in the parts department was phenomenal with helping me get my windshield wipers, he even took the time to put them on even though they were close to closing time. More

Nevertheless, nothing can replace the service of authorized Subaru techs who put in Subaru parts for the same price as a oil change chain. My car is still strong after 16 years. More
