In & Out in 15 min!! Drove down from Seattle with light on the dash! Had it checked as soon as I arrived in Eugene. They did the recall work, but also told her that the battery needed replaced and wanted to do it that day. She told them she’d take it to our usual (honest) car place, B&G Auto Repair. We took it there and they said the battery was fine, no work was needed, and didn’t charge us a dime. Kendall’s dishonesty has lost a customer for their car service department (I used to take my Prius there regularly) and I will also no longer patronize their car dealership either. Bad form, Kendall. More

Would not recommend for any service work. I brought my Legacy in for a safety recall (which can only be done at the dealership). To my knowledge, the work was completed satisfactorily . I was I brought my Legacy in for a safety recall (which can only be done at the dealership). To my knowledge, the work was completed satisfactorily . I was advised that they would need my car for most of the day but received a call less than 2 hours after dropping it off saying it was ready. When I picked it up I observed that the passenger front seat had been moved as far forward as it goes, but I did not try to return it to it's normal position til the next morning. When I tried to move it back, it would not move. I looked under the seat and it appeared the pair of flip flops that it keep under the front edge of the seat was jammed in the seat mechanism. I called the dealership and was told to drop by and they get the flip flops out. In the meantime a friend removed the flips flops but the seat would still not move. I had my friend take my car in the next day, they looked at the seat and said the seat had been broken when it arrived the previous day and they were not responsible for it. This is absolutely untrue. The seat was functioning perfectly and was not moved as forward as it would go ( you can't even get into the seat in that position) when I left it the day before. But, for $1100 plus labor--they could fix it for me, which I declined. My friend then drove the car directly back to me and as luck would have it had a gouge in the rear bumper, which it had not had a few hours prior. The only place the car had been was to the Subaru dealership. Hmmmmm..... I was warned by a dealership employee when I took it in for the recall work that they have a lot of accidents in their small parking lot. Well, that much proved to be true. Everyone I spoke too was very polite, but they broke my car and refused take responsibility. More

I have gotten over a hundred advertisements for kendall subaru since then, between my email to my online activity. Advisors flat out refused to provide the managers email so i could deal with them directly. Multipoint inspection was not very thorough and left out important details that were more pressing than my obviously cracked lamp assembly. If you get a recall notice take it to your local trusted mechanic. At least then theyll tell you the details when you pick your car up. More

The consultant was friendly, helpful and not pushy, He listened to what I had to say, answered my questions and gave me good advice. I spent less than I expected and it was a very pleasant experience. It would be great if I could have the same consultant next time. More
