Top-notch customer service I've been taking my car to Kendall for servicing ever since I purchased it there five years ago. Even with just regular oil changes they keep me infor I've been taking my car to Kendall for servicing ever since I purchased it there five years ago. Even with just regular oil changes they keep me informed of the progress, show me filters that may need replacing in the future, and behave as if my car and my satisfaction are of utmost importance. I've noticed the same people there for the last five years which I believe says a lot about employee satisfaction. I'm always happy to recommend Kendall Subaru. More
Took my car into kendall after taking it to Capitol and Capitol failing to fix. Kendall subaru took advantage of me and my situation knowing completely what place I was in. they charged me 3000 for a front Capitol failing to fix. WHICH WAS FINE! But my CAR WASNT FIXED. ONLY LUBRICATED. SHORT STORY SHORT MY ENGINE BLEW UP AFTER TAKING IT TO KENDALL BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO FIX THE PROBLEM. THERE MECHANICS ARE THE WORST OUT THERE. I WOULDNT PAY THEM 9 THOUSAND DOLLARS FOR A ENGINE REBUILD IF MY LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT TO DRIVE IT AGAIN.🙃 More

Disrespected when questioning service error Took the car in for air bag recall repair. Decided to have them do a change out to the coolant system. The following day I discovered the coolant r Took the car in for air bag recall repair. Decided to have them do a change out to the coolant system. The following day I discovered the coolant reservoir tank was completely empty. Seems a pretty simple task, drain the fluid and refill with the same amount the you took out. I am not a mechanic but know that the system has to be purged of air when doing a change out. Apparently this was not done correctly. Took it back and they redid the job. About 3 hours of my time. No one managed to say the simple words " sorry for you inconvenience" When I suggested that a simple job like this should of been done correctly the first time the service manager who checked me out acted like I didn't really understand the what I was talking about and when I began to interject my opinion he told me to let him finish talking. Which pretty much was a lame excuse and some talking point about the high integrity of the dealership. Not a pleasant visit to this business. I took my new Forester in to the Subaru dealer for an Express oil change. Customer service was great, the service was completed quicker than most, however, they didn't tighten down the drain plug complet Express oil change. Customer service was great, the service was completed quicker than most, however, they didn't tighten down the drain plug completely. I was on travel status for my employer and had already left Eugene when I notice it. I was leaving the job site and saw a 6-8 inch puddle of oil on the ground. I called the service dept and was told to have it towed to the nearest dealer and it would be under warranty. But, it was so late in the day getting it there before they closed would have been impossible. I called the service dept back to see what other options I had and asked for the manager but was told they were in a meeting so I gave them my phone number and asked for the manager to call me back. They never called back so I took it to a couple different local oil and because of liability they would not fix it. My only recourse was take it to the nearest Subaru dealer in Bend. I had to wait for the following day to take where it was diagnosed and fixed. The service dept in Eugene still hasn't called me back about the issue. Such a simple thing turned into a huge hassle and burned up half my day off. More
Everyone that I talked to at Kendall was super nice and professional, each person knew what they where doing. The tech did not have any service records on my because I did not get it from them and wrote a professional, each person knew what they where doing. The tech did not have any service records on my because I did not get it from them and wrote a whole list of things for me. I went in for a airbag recall and they check the entire car out. I have never had this good of service from anywhere else. More
My car was towed to Kendall Subaru because of an engine light. They were able to look at it soon after it was towed there. I was told the source of the problem was a faulty part that they replaced, but als light. They were able to look at it soon after it was towed there. They were unable to determine where the leak was coming from and asked me to monitor it by bringing the car back in a couple of months. The employee I worked with did take time to explain this to me. While everyone was very polite and helpful, I'm left with a feeling of not being sure this has been completely resolved. More
