Your Service Dept. does good work and completes it in a timely manner. A bit on the spendy side but I've had no complaints over the quality of the work. My only issue is that they always want to do more than the owner's manual recommends and I'm always having to tell them "not now." I'd buy another Subie today if they hadn't ruined their vehicles with CVTs. More
Great service in sales. Service department is very personable & efficient. Service advisor is very conscientious, knowledgeable efficient and kind. daughter wants to buy a subaru i told her not to talk to the saleman we had saleperson was only intersted in saleing a car,after the sale he said think you and we didnt see him anymore. On the way home the car was acting funny we were about 40miles away from dealer went back then sale person that sold us the car could not be found,athier sale person ask if he could help i told him what the car was doing and he explained how the new car was made to stop when stoping ,i ask him if he could help useing the gps and he did .this sale person stood there and explained how every thing work ,and he wasnt our saleperson i thank him and his statement was i am here to help we thank him .i told my daughter we were going back to the dealer and i would get the sale person that help name and she could as for him.i did talk to coby the finance officer over the phone he ask if i new the person name i said no but we going back to buy the extened warrenty i would get his name and i would let him know the person name More
