Not happy with the service shop at this dealership. I took my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport in for its first service, and got it back without my rear back seat protectors. After I got home, I could see tha took my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Sport in for its first service, and got it back without my rear back seat protectors. After I got home, I could see that rear cargo area was accessed by the tech or someone else from the dealership; most likely to enter the spare tire compartment. The service adviser was professional and courteous, but this is unacceptable. Not only will I never take my vehicle to them again, I will NOT be purchasing their 2022 Outback Trail Edition in two weeks. Shame on you Kendall Subaru. More

Staff is very friendly and helpful but the service technicians for lube and oil, are not good at their job. Customer service is excellent at Kendall Subaru. Everyone from the greeter to the manager was polite, helpful and friendly. While dealer costs are high, you cannot complain about efficiency and quality of wo from the greeter to the manager was polite, helpful and friendly. I was disappointed with our recent service. While driving to Eugene for a visit our check Engine light and other warning lights came on and the driver assist and cruise control was disabled. This happened once before and it was due to a sensor picking up the oil being a little dirty (although within the specs for an oil change). We made an 8:45 appointment on line, arrived around 8:30 and told the service advisor about the issue and the previous occurrence. He knew we were out of town and without a car so we would wait and said he would run the diagnostic and come out and see us shortly, with an overall time estimate of 2 hours or sooner. I requested if they could do this quicker and he said he would try. He did not come out and discuss with us after approximately 1 ½ hours. I followed up and he said give him 15 minutes to get back to us. He did not get back to us and I had to follow up again. It took approximately 2 ½ hours before he provided the status which turned out to be the same issue and an oil change resolved this (although within the specs for mileage of an oil change). He tried to sell me a new cabin and engine filter. I had replaced the cabin filter with the last 6 months and decided to wait on the engine filter until I got home. I had a vehicle inspection done at our Subaru dealer before we left for the visit to Eugene and these were not noted. After approximately 3 hours we were on our way and paid $210 after a complimentary 15 % discount. When this happened previously I pulled into the Subaru dealer in Redding, they ran the diagnostic, reset the warning lights and said I should change the oil when I get home, 30 minutes and no charge. This recent experience was not good customer service. We are in the market for a Subaru Ascent and due to this service dept. experience we will not use this dealer. More
