I was pleased about the friendliness and the not over pushy salesman. Also I enjoyed the fact was in and out with the purchase of a new car in just over an hour. Was quoted for a 12 quart transmission FLUSH 2 separate times. When I drove 80 miles to have it done, I was then told they cannot flush this transmission, but only drain and refill which is only 1/2 of the times.
