After buying my first car, it was time for my 6 month maintenance. I came at 10 AM on a Saturday and was able to drive right in on the express lane. I went in for a CV joint replacement. Other items listed on my "recommended immediate attention" were mostly inspections/ replacements due at my future 60,000 mile check. Though that wasn't indicated on any comments under "needs immediate attention". It was very misleading and stressful when I received the text asking if I wanted all those items taken care of that seemed urgent. I would rather have had a phone call with someone explaining why those items were listed. More
The intake person was great, terrible with names, think it was Jody? He was very patient and explained to me every step of the way. I never felt rushed or pressured.
