Rather than trying to get me to walk off the lot that day with another car, he actually encouraged me to wait for my "dream" vehicle. Throughout the 8 week wait to have my hybrid built, Sullivan reached out to me on a regular basis with information about the production and shipping process. Once my car arrived, Sullivan was patient and thorough in showing me all of the bells and whistles on my new vehicle.
