For an oil change and rotation of tires 4:30 hours is incredible having an appoint. The service advisor said. There is a recall the technician has to check all is OK and check the computer and do a test on the vehicle. The recall was a fuse in the trailer hitch. The Santa Fe doesn’t have a trailer hitch. That doesn’t need an engineer to figure that and check if the vehicle has trailer hitch or not. So the delay was the recall. I can believe 4 hrs for a service and then on top of that 40 minutes for delivery and pick up because they couldn’t find the vehicle in the lot. Will never go back for service and will not recommend the dealer to anyone. The waiting area is bad uncomfortable not even a coffee. Or drink dispenser. Bad bad bad. More
