Need to improve customer service. I decided to do the maintenance to my car with your team after being taking it to Braman for 7 years. My service advisor tried to sale me service tha I decided to do the maintenance to my car with your team after being taking it to Braman for 7 years. My service advisor tried to sale me service that doesn't make sense and when I asked him if he can see my car records his answer was that they doesn't have a system to access the history of the vehicle, they only have the history of the inhouse services recorded. Also I arrived at 10:30 am to my appointment at 10:45 am and when I saw it was already 2:30 pm and my car wasn't ready yet just for oil change and tire rotation. I asked the service advisor who said that my vehicle wasn't ready yet. I had to walk around the dealer and saw my vehicle parked and ready myself. I advised the service advisor that my car was parked next to the shop wall and it looks that someone already worked on it. He tried to convince me that he called me many times and I didn't answer but I showed him our text conversation where he just asked for authorization for air filters change and never said anything about the vehicle was ready. In addition in 7 years it was the most expensive oil change and tire rotation I paid. I had to pay $137.80 for oil change and tire rotation after that bad experience. More
