Very poor time management for my first service. With an appointment I was told that it will take 1 to 3 hours!! BTW, I am still waiting for the Original Toyota Car mats ( Nylon) for my RAV 4 that were part of the Contract and shows with the signature agreement on 06-04-2024 it cost $179 at the Toyota dealership and these are available don’t understand the delay ? Thanks
