Zero organization. No knowledge about what they are doing. I had an Oil service appointment and I explained to the Advisor that the air conditioner was not working prop No knowledge about what they are doing. They check the air conditioner and they didn't make the oil change. Jan's incredible, I lost a day of work because of this appointment, on top of that I had to leave the car on the dealership because the air conditioner.
