We were assigned Joshua when we brought our car via tow to the dealership to be fixed. The car was towed in a Friday but we never received confirmation that the car had indeed arrived at the dealer garage. to the dealership to be fixed. We had to call the shop incessantly inorder to get any update. When we finally got in touch with Joshua the next day he had no news to really update us on. His lack of communication during this stressful time exacerbated the situation. We would constantly have to call the dealership so that they could message him to call us for updates. I understand that it was a busy time and the were weather related issues but that does not excuse the unreliable communication. When we did finally receive our car we noticed immediately that it smelled like pot. I tried airing it out but on the second day I reached out to the dealer to complain. The smell was overpowering and I was afraid of being pulled over by a cop and accused of smoking an illegal substance. They relayed my message to Josh who immediately went into denial mode and did not take any accountability, he instead blamed the tow truck driver. We were with the tow truck driver the entire time that he picked up the car and he did not smell like pot. Our car was on dealership property from Friday afternoon to Wednesday. During those 5 days our new car acquired the pot smell. Josh did offer us a car cleaning but stated that we would need to drop off our car for an entire day. Honestly, I really don't even trust this dealership anymore with my car. This is not the first bad interaction that I have had with this company. More
I have been a Hyundai owner for 10 years every time is worst service and product that goes down consistently from the selling department to the service, improper service, representatives not knowing their worst service and product that goes down consistently from the selling department to the service, improper service, representatives not knowing their products, not respecting customer contracts, lousy work environment, I am a Cuban and I love my Latin culture and background, but when I am receiving attention here! I don’t want to be treated the same way “customers service” works in cuba or any latin country, the customer deserves a polite, friendly, respectful treat but more than anything they need to know they roles, their products, and appreciate more customers loyalty. As soon as my lease ends I will never go back to buy anything from Hyundai or receiving any service from them. More
