I went there twice after purchasing the car, to pick up the fabric car mats that were in the sales contract agreement and still haven’t received it. I'm less than thrilled with Hyundai in general. All because our vehicle died and we were in a difficult situation with our time frame. The purchase experience was mediocre,at best. What makes us truly unhappy with Hyundai is the fact that the maintenance plan was not explained to us properly. It is a ridiculous system just to get an oil change. Firstly, it is obligatory to make an appointment. Secondly, you can only get an oil change after reaching 7k miles or 1 calendar year which would seem normal to most, except we don't drive our Elantra often enough so at the 1 year mark of owning the car we are barely reaching 3500 miles. At first, they didn't want to cover the oil change despite the oil life being at 7% with multiple warning light events. The dealership eventually did it, though, and covered it. I believe it was thanks to the service advisor we had which is the only positive thing about this dealership and the only reason we are giving a 3 star rating. Another bad aspect is that the dealership doesn't even offer a ride back home, so we are stuck was l having to wait at the dealership, no matter what. Next the wait, despite it being with an appointment and at 8 in the morning, took for ever! Another bad aspect was the lobby, which was undesirable to be in with the torn seats, was so loud with the cleaning lady and some employees talking in Spanish and laughing way too loud. And finally, there was a salesmen meeting right in the center of the showroom, which is quite small, and the manager or whomever was directing it was incredibly obnoxiously loud, making it even more uncomfortable. Long story short, this will be the first and last time we purchase from Hyundai and we do not look forward to getting our next few oil changes, but unfortunately, we are stuck until we trade this car in. More
