Did not listen to evidence provided from my OBDI showing problem with knock sensor, covered under recall performed at that dealership. Instead, tried to sell me on replacing the entire transmission when the problem with knock sensor, covered under recall performed at that dealership. Instead, tried to sell me on replacing the entire transmission when their computer code supposedly said it was the transmission temperature sensor. Why not quote me a price on replacing the sensor versus $4k plus to replace the entire transmission? Plus the ridiculous windshield crack/safety check, which revealed nothing but the mechanic covering the supposed cracks with his greasy fingerprints so I couldn't see what he was supposedly pointing to. Didn't solve my problem, wanted to charge me $600 just to run diagnostics, still charged me over $300 at the end of the day for a diagnostic that I already had with OBDI. I will spend the rest of my life sharing my crappy experience and financial shakedown with everyone I can. Sorry Hyundai, bad customer service and business practices are going to cost you a lot more than the $300 you ripped off of me. More
Service advisor was not very helpful. First he said my service will take all day to complete. I left my car there only to be called less than 2 hrs later that the car was ready.
