After terrible previous dealership interaction, Cesar and Jesus made it the best experience yet. I would buy another car there in a heartbeat. Karina, Romana, whatever her name is. She was not attentive. Did not let me know when my car was ready. No one worked on my car. Karina never called me to give me an update. I had to show up at 5:30 to pick up my car with no work being done. She was the worst service advisor I have ever had. She even trash talks about Hyundais and says Kia’s are better. If Karina thinks Kia’s are better than she shouldn’t be working at Hyundai. More
It was the worst experience I ever had that was my first time buying a car from a dealership and they treated me poorly I only had the suv for only 4 days and I had to take it back because it was making a l time buying a car from a dealership and they treated me poorly I only had the suv for only 4 days and I had to take it back because it was making a loud noise come to found out the truck wasn’t supposed to be sold they tried to give me a truck I didn’t ask for so I ask for my funds back they give me a hard two weeks on yesterday I had to call law enforcement because they act like they weren’t going to give me back my money then soon as the police came they came outside with the check very unprofessional place I would never recommend anyone there More
