Mr. Pallo is a "man of his word" who is professional, honest, and responsive to Kendall Hyundai customers' concerns. He keeps customers informed of needed repairs to their Hyundai vehicles, communicates the status of repairs and servicing, and promptly responds to customer inquiries and needs. Because of Mr. Pallo, Kendall Hyundai is the only dealership where I will take my Hyundai Elantra 2022 for repairs and servicing, and, moreover, I will most definitely purchase my next vehicle from Kendall Hyundai. I was quite bothered by the fact that nobody in the service department spoke English. When they realized I did not speak Spanish I was pushed off till the one person that was willing to try came along. service department spoke English. He was nice but his grasp on the English language was not good for a full explanation of things. They need to hire some English speaking staff. More
