Every time I have to go to the dealership for service there’s a problem. I was coming back for my routine oil change as the car notified me and the service agent tells me I didn’t bring the car in time a there’s a problem. I was coming back for my routine oil change as the car notified me and the service agent tells me I didn’t bring the car in time and the free oil change that comes with my lease in no longer available. Now the car had just prompted me that I need the oil change. I example to the agent that prior to this visit the car had the oil service due on and I came in and I was told the car was wrong and I needed to come back. They were nice about and reset the service, which is why I’m bring it in now. He went on to tell me “I don’t know who helped you but you missed it and it’s no longer available”. Is this what you call customer service? I am always calm and after I explained what happened he was not willing to help me. I had to escalate the situation and talk to a supervisor. After a moment after speaking to him he understood and was willing to help. The agent did not apologize and just took my car for the oil change. Not only did I get an oil change that day, I needed a new tire and I also got an alignment, which is not cheap. My car was down by the end of the day and the car was given back to me with no car washed, and noticed when I got home that my leather tan chair on the driver side was stained with oil. This is just one of my main experiences. I always try and go there with an opened mind. But taking the car in for a regular oil change in my lease is always a problem. More

Bought my car from Hyundai in 2022 and every time I carry it for service it’s always been a hassle. The service is terrible. I had to wait 8 MONTHS for a small part for my vehicle.
