Service updated my system due to recall sat Sept 14 wo24 now key fob not working also fixed rear view camera. I had no calls no updates from service coordinator had to question why it took so long today triple a opened my car manually drive it to 157 and ys 1 spent $29.00 for battery which did nothing. Never have I experienced such horrible customer service at this location not even offered water what has happened to the service dept at this location.?????? .the person I was working with last name never texted me never called in sat was Mazze 5 hours. Nothing. Today he replaced my battery and chg me$20.00. plus say and today 3percent for using credit card. Horrible horrible customer service. I still need a extra key but my finance person was too busy to take care of ordering one disgruntled customer. More
Hello As of now the vehicle feels good to drive after i left the vehicle second time whilst recent servicing. But I would have to highlight my "not so good" experience from the past two services in a row. left the vehicle second time whilst recent servicing. But I would have to highlight my "not so good" experience from the past two services in a row. One was around 3-4 months ago where the front radar cover in black wasn't tightened well and it used to fall whenever I would drive. Also the tail gate (trunk door) height wasn't getting adjusted automatically and it was a fuss handling it manually when opened. The second bad experience was recent when the struts in the wheel were forgotten to be fastened/tightened and I drove the car in the same condition which was really a major blowout in terms of car wheel safety and most of all -the passengers safety. This is when I had to report these negative experiences as I didn't get a valuable service at your place. Highly unsatisfactory service . More
It took so long to repair my a/c. It took a while for a loaner car too! I finally got one.
