The service in fixing my car was good but the hoops I had to jump thru to verify that it's my car and that I was the original owner was terrible. According to the list of documents, I had 4 out of 5. But they were sooooo insistent on having only one paper regardless of the list. Mind you, that one piece of paper was last on the list, as in low in hierarchy of documents to verify the owner. I think they need to learn how to read and comprehend what Hyundai as a whole puts out. I can read and comprehend 4 languages. And I still would have had 4 out of 5 documents that she could have picked from without the 5th paper if it was translated to isiZulu. More

Repeat visits to correct the same problem, still unresolved. I have to coordinate pick up and return to the service area to have the car serviced, this creates timing issues at work.
