For me going to this dealer is always a terrible experience, everything works with very poor service, they treat you unkindly, they don't explain what your car has and everything is mechanical excep experience, everything works with very poor service, they treat you unkindly, they don't explain what your car has and everything is mechanical except for some employees who are very kind, I took my car to the service and they delivered it to me absolutely dirty, first they told me that the machine was broken and then that I had to ask for it to be washed? Are you serious? When did they stop delivering clean cars when they go to service? When I bought the car, they sold me a super service so the car came out even more expensive and it turns out that now I can't use it because nobody knows what it is? Does this mean that they scammed me? More

I mean it just abnormally long for a scheduled oil change. Joshua had told me it will take long around 6 hours or half a day, but still I had taken my car at 7:30AM thinking it would be faster than go change.
