Milena was great to work with. She was patient with me and took care of all of my needs. She listen carefully to my concerns and what I was looking for and if she did not know something she went to her sales manager and asked for help instead of giving me incorrect information in which I appreciate. The only thing I didn't like and this is about the dealership and not Milena, is that they do false advertising on their website. They advertise this big discount on a new vehicle and then when you get there the sales manager acknowledges that he has to write if off like that on purpose so they can make money on the kendall advantage program and the math is way off and you do not get the correct discount that is advertise on their website which is very deceiving to me and they have a document that says that Kendall hyudai is very transparent but what they don't tell you is that they are not honest and that model needs to change. Whatever tactic they use to bring customers in needs to be honor, no ifs, but's or anything. What you see advertise if what you should be paying for the car, and then just add, the dealer fee, doc fees, tax, title and registration. If they work like that it would be a great dealership to buy cars from, not their fake advertisement of a big discount and at the end when you do the math, you end up paying the full retail price of the cars plus all of the fees, so there is no discount at all. Next time either i need to fight better and be more prepare or hire yourself a professional car negotiator even if you have to pay them $1000 but at least they will save you a few thousands of the msrp. I was very disappointed with the sales manager and the way he made me feel and he thought I was dumb and didn't think i knew the math was way off. The only reason I got the car was to take advantage of the 1.99 apr for 60 months from the manufacturer promotion which will save me alot of money in interest, but i really did not save any money on the car because the dealer was dishonest from the sales price adverstise on their website and even the manager admitted that it was false advertising in an indirect way by saying that he has to write it that way so he can sell you the kendall advantage program and he can make some money out of the car since my interest rate was so low he even admitted that he was not going to make a profit from the interest rate promotion from the manufacturer, really?? That's not my problem, that's your problem buddy. Next time stop advertising fake numbers and be not only transparent but honest. yes you were defitenely transparent about you lying and admiting it but you were being dishonest about the discount and not giving me the shown discount on your own website and this is eaxctly why people hate going to dealerships, because of unfair sales tactics. Milena if you are reading this, is not your fault. You are just a salesperson and I know you need to make money. I am upset about the deceptive marketing tactics use to reel in customers and then not giving them the advertise discount shown on your own kendall hyudai website. I hope this changes in the future because it would be ashame in the car sales industry continues down the rabbit hole! More
