There is not one time that I come to the service department and not have an issue. I came early for an oil change because my car and sticker put on my car back in 12/23 stated I needed to come at 50 department and not have an issue. I came early for an oil change because my car and sticker put on my car back in 12/23 stated I needed to come at 5000 miles. Now, I received notification that I needed to do service and sticker also said 12 thousand and change for service. Arrive at the dealer with an appointment done by them and now I am being told that I have to pay for the service because I am early again. But my car sticker and console says differently. My lease covers service and if I was to come at 16,000 then their job is to make the necessary changes so I don’t come “early”. Definitely not leasing or buying cars here once my lease is up. More
