Our vehicle was making a grinding noise in the front end while we were arriving in Prineville.We are from out of town.I knew by the sound that we had a major problem. The service manager was great,she had three people on it, and found that the front wheel bearing needed replacing. They fixed it in 1 1/2 hrs and we were back on the road.Thanks to your great staff for there outstanding service.
