Our vehicle was making a grinding noise in the front end while we were arriving in Prineville.We are from out of town.I knew by the sound that we had a major problem. So I stopped at Kendall Ford, to see if while we were arriving in Prineville.We are from out of town.I knew by the sound that we had a major problem. So I stopped at Kendall Ford, to see if they could put it on there rack and find the problem. The service manager was great,she had three people on it, and found that the front wheel bearing needed replacing. They fixed it in 1 1/2 hrs and we were back on the road.Thanks to your great staff for there outstanding service. I will pass the word to others, this the best service and fastest service I have ever received from a dealership. More

The service dept is the same size it was when I worked there in the 80’s, but they have a multi million dollar showroom. Purchased a 2024 vehicle and it shutdown at 699 miles and two months old. Had it towed to Kendall where we bought it. Service said they would get to it when they could. We couldn’t be without a vehicle for an unknown amount of time so we sold it back to the dealership at a lowball offer. They said they were sorry the vehicle didn’t work out for us and relisted it for more than we originally paid for it. More
