I’ll give you a small but real example - the other dealer in town used a cheap oil change sticker that stuck the windshield and couldn’t be pulled off barehanded. It stayed there trough several “quick lube” oil changes (I won’t ever go back to that other dealer for other reasons). It was an eyesore on my windshield. Everyone left it there. Kendall took the time to scrape it off. Every time I look at my windshield, I’ll be reminded of their exceptional service. Kendall or bust for me. They’re a little further from my home, but well worth it. More
