made an appointment for front and rear differential fluid transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the fr transfer. Took a day's vacation to take my car in at appointed time, 9-7-23 at 9:15. When I show up the service people tell me they don't do the front differential there but they'd be happy to take care of the rear differential for me. Well of course, why wouldn't I pay them to take care of half the service I requested after using a day of vacation. Don't buy a car here, the service department doesn't value your time in the least. Also tried to talk with there "chat assistant" on line to write a review. No help there either, wanted your name, number, what the problem is.... anything but help me to write a negative review. I purchased a used vehicle from Kendall Ford of Marysville on Sunday August 13th. I was told the vehicle went through their full inspection. I have requested the inspection report from Kendall Ford of Marysville multiple times and have not received it to date (the service Deposit was not open on the Sunday I purchased the vehicle, so the report was not available). $600 worth of repairs/maintenance within two weeks of purchase is an unexpected cost. I am not convinced the vehicle went through their inspection or that proper maintenance/repairs were made following the inspection. More

From the moment my family and I arrived at the dealership we felt so comfortable after Malyki Dancer greeted us and welcomed us. I have made many purchases and I have had many interactions with Car salesmans and people in finance but I will say hands down this was such an amazing purchasing experience probably the best one, we spent about 7 hrs at the lot finalizing the deal with our 3 kiddos and Malyki was so accommodating to them, my wife and my father. It didn't feel like 7 hrs had gone by but before we knew it we are now proud owners of our elegant Tahoe Z71. Please give Kendal Ford a shot!
