Warranty on 2016 Ford Explorer. I bought this 2016 Explorer used from Hertz car sales in Eugene, Or. 36,000 miles on it. It had a whine coming someplace in the drive train. Took it I bought this 2016 Explorer used from Hertz car sales in Eugene, Or. 36,000 miles on it. It had a whine coming someplace in the drive train. Took it to Kendal Ford (Eugene) to have it looked at. They told me it was still under warranty and they would take care of it. They did indeed! They ended up replacing the whole drive train! New transfer case, differential, and transmission. I couldn't believe it! They are very well trained mechanics. Very courteous. Very understanding, and very patient. Everybody was excellent from the manger/ representative, shop foreman and the mechanics. They gave me a brand new loaner car. Excellent experience. I highly recommend this Ford dealership for their service. It was under warranty, so I didn't cost me a dime. Hertz was also excellent in their part of all this More

My sales person helped me out of my Honda CR-V which was in a accident that I didn't know about and had lost its value so I was told. They said I couldn't buy a used car because I had no money down and would have to pay off the loan. Buying a new car was the only way to fix this? That wasn't really my issue at all I just feel like I was being judged on my appearance and how tired I was (I work in construction). The new car wasn't even explained to me or really even 'sold' to me. I had to do all my research my self. I decided to go ahead with it amyways because I did like the car and really wasn't that different from my CRV. The only thing I really didn't like was when I decided to wait one more day which I did still plan on buying the car it's just my fiancé didn't like how I said I felt with the salesperson or financial person. I felt very judged and bullied into a situation. I wouldn't judge Kendal Ford as a whole and I'll definitely take my car to get worked on there and move the Escape. Maybe I wish they could have offered to have the windows tinted or something also so weird. More

I was almost going to settle 4 another model but Bryce continued while showing me other models to locate exactly what I wanted. I appreciate his hard work an effort to fulfill my needs.
