This dealership caused a domino effect of problems to my car, all because they plugged in a wire on my auto-dimming rear view mirror, which caused my headlights to stay on. Afterwhich, they decided my funct car, all because they plugged in a wire on my auto-dimming rear view mirror, which caused my headlights to stay on. Afterwhich, they decided my functional working directional needed to be replaced. Which didn't solve the problem - we told them to unplug the wire they plugged in. (A wire that is noted not to be plugged in, as it will cause this issue - I discovered on the manufacturer for FORD website). They scratched my dashboard, continued to cause problems. I switched dealerships, which was no better - Nye broke my windsheild - do yourself a favor - Don't buy a Ford, the headaches that come later for items covered under warranty aren't worth it!!! Fed up and grew up with Fords. No more! More
