A little disappointed. Had scheduled a oil change and tire rotation. When I got there was advised I needed Four Wheel Drive Service, which I authorized. Pretty sure the tires were not rotated as requested based on the on board tire pressure monitor. Has not changed from when I first brought it in. More

We are committed to leading and dominating the industry in automotive excellence in our market. This dealership falls very short of this mission statement. I came in today with an 8:00am appointment to have my Chevy Camaro oil changed by a Chevrolet specialist. I also requested my battery to be changed in my car keys. After sitting for 1 hour the car still was not being serviced and a gentleman comes to tell me my key doesn’t work after the battery change and advised me that I may need a new key and they may have to take off the door handle to manually open the car. After sitting for another 15 minutes I asked what is going on with the car key. The service provider went to the back to get my keys and comes back to tell me that they put the battery in the wrong way into the car key..I asked to cancel the rest of my service after 1 hour and twenty five mins of wait time. I reached out to the general manager to tell him about my concerns and he explained “that the level of service there has been hit by Covid and they have never been able to complete a 30 min oil change”.. “Also since my level of trust has been broken there what could he do for me?” I felt very uncomfortable sitting in the dealership and very uncomfortable talking to the General Manager. I am in disbelief that this is the views of a Chevrolet General Manager. ….Attitude reflects leadership…. As Americans we are not perfect but we don’t ever give up. That is how winning is done. This is why Chevrolet continues to win. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to any Chevrolet owners.. There is a Mazda dealership in the area that can do an oil change on a Chevrolet car in 30 mins. SemperFi !!!! More
Was quoted the cost of my battery replacement over the phone. When I arrived to pay it was double what I was told on the phone. I just had a terrible experience at this dealership. The salesman was Jacob. He was fine showing me a Sierra truck. The sticker price was 65,000. His lines were all scripted when it came time to negotiate. They offered me at least 2-4 grand below what Kelly Blue said my Toyota truck was worth. They refused to negotiate on the Sierra, sticking to the sticker price. So I walked out and he followed me out to my truck and said to me, "Were you this mean selling homes?" Our other car is a GMC caddy so I was shocked to receive this treatment as a GMC client. We will not ever go back to this dealer. A shame since our GMC dealership in Sacramento was wonderful! More
