There is always a lack of communication when I make a appt. I always have to talk to at least 3 people and go over the same thing, and placed on hold 10-15 min and passed around like a ball. When I checked in ONLY to get a new set of keys, ( which I driver 25 min to the dealer one way) it still wasn't all squared away, but my service person (Kevin Grube) was very helpful and got it figured out- even though he should of had all that when I checked in.
