Went through the entire "buy online" experience by filling out all the forms, then when it was all said and done, the salesperson who called me, told me they had just sold the vehicle that I was inter filling out all the forms, then when it was all said and done, the salesperson who called me, told me they had just sold the vehicle that I was interested in, within their departments...meaning one of their other locations bought it from them, thereby not making it available to me. Then they tried to upsell me on a bit newer rig, with more miles, and in a color that I had no desire in having whatsoever. Basically a disappointing experience at best, especially since I wasted all that time up front thinking I'd get to buy the rig online...so I took my $40k elsewhere. More
