Husband bought a truck with a sunroof and noticed it rattled. The saleman told him what it needed and said they could get him the piece. This is the first time we did not get a warranty. So sunroof fixed cost $4500 out of pocket and now the windshield seems to be leaking. He has had the truck less then 2 months. This truck was traded into this dealership by an employee who currently works there. There is NO reason the employee would not know that the truck leaks and was damaged but we were sold it anyway. NEVER buying a used vehicle from their dealership again. That is some shady sales. Would give 0 stars if could, I'm fuming. More

I had a urgent issue with my 2021 Chevrolet truck and was needing service asap. The service dept was booked 2+ weeks out. Nick recognized that this was an issue that needed addressed asap and quickly asses needing service asap. The service dept was booked 2+ weeks out. I used my roadside assistance to tow it to the dealership and the next day I got a call from Nick saying that my truck was fixed, explained what happened and what the tech did to fix it. I had my truck back in 24 hrs, which was awesome! I was expecting a week or more. Nick and the team did a great job! Second time I've utilized the service department and both times I've been more than completely satisfied each time! Thank you! John Shaul More

I feel that every effort has been made to send me these funds and appreciate the awesome efforts to please me. I am looking forward to a positive future with regards to the conclusion of our transactions. Also, I am looking forward to my eventual licenses from Oregon due to the actions of Kendall. More

Took my truck into Kendall Chevrolet in Nampa today for DEF warranty work. As it turned out, the DEF injector failed causing the Particulate Filter light to come on and significantly reduce power to the tr DEF warranty work. As it turned out, the DEF injector failed causing the Particulate Filter light to come on and significantly reduce power to the truck. Everything I have read about this issue indicates damage occurs to the filter when the injector fails and the filter should be replaced as well. The "Service Advisor" Andy Ortega, informed me GM will not replace the filter as part of the warranty and they do not believe damage occurs when the injector fails. I advised Ortega that this does not instill a consumer with much confidence in GM products when they handle issues like this. His reply was "well we're real busy and not really worried about it". I brought this ignorant comment and the warranty issue to the attention of the "Service Director" Chad Stevens and this guy really couldn't have cared less. With a tooth pic protruding from his mouth and a contemptuous look on his face, he said very little and made it clear he really didn't care what I had to say. He made no attempt to address my concerns and made no apology for the comment made by his employee. Needless to say I will never buy a vehicle from this dealership or have them work on my truck again. More
