I purchased a new Buick Regal and the sales and management team did a great job. No pressure or hassle. We went to Edmark as we have sor several of our vehicles. Ron Bovee is not just our salesperson, he is a trusted friend and loyal, knowledgeable employee/salesman. In our case, we had an 2010 Equinox that we had purchased at a competitor dealership that we were not happy with. Ron explained the possible problem and the reasons for the problem (tolerances). The explaination made sense, we upgraded our vehicle and Ron sold a new car! We live in snow country. Our Traverse handles just as Ron advised us it would. We received more than I expected as trade-in, the Sales Price was less than I expected and the service was great. We will continue to buy from Edmark and Ron Bovee as I have for the past 15 years or so. More

This was my second purchase in the past 12 months of new vehicles at Edmark. The first was a Yukon Denali and this was a Silverado 2500. Both times the vehickes and salespersons (Jonathan last year and Dean this year)were ready for me upon my arrival and the paperwork went without delay as well. i will purchase additional vehicles from Edmark. The pricing is fair and the method used in conducting buisness is excellent instead of what is normally used by dealerships when it can take hours to come to agreement and then only after repeated (let me check with the manager to see what i can do) conversations from the salesperson. I was oringinally looking for a used dual wheel truck 2008 or newer. Because I found the used vehicles to be priced close to new and unsure of the use of the used vechicle, I looked at new trucks. Jay and Bo were very helpful not being aggressive or pushy in the sale of a vechicle. What ever question I asked, it was answered or a answer was found. Jay was completly helpful with information requested and helping to make the sale on a requested time frame. Bo, was very informed on the 2011 GMC Truck, On Star, and Bluetooth. The truck as of date pulls my 6 horse trailer better than any truck I have had, drives like a car, and has taken driving long hauling hourse less stressful. Thanks Jay and Bo.
